Ayakkabı Taban Kalıp Uygulaması

Masitte’nin Lazer SLA katmanlı üretim teknolojisi, taban üretimi için düşük basınçlı enjeksiyon yönteminde kullanılan alüminyum kalıpları elde etmek amacıyla 3B taban modellerini yüksek hassasiyetle sunar. İş akışınızı hızlı ve verimli hale getirmeye yardımcı olur.

1. Shoe Sole Design

Üretilmek istenen taban modeli uyumlu bir modelleme yazılımında tasarlanır.

2. 3D Printing

Tasarlanan taban modeli yüksek çözünürlüklü Masitte Large 3B yazıcıda üretilir.

3. Silicone Mold

Üretilen 3B model master parça olarak kullanılır. Kalıp ayırma çizgileri ve yolluklar belirlenerek bir silikon kalıp alınır.

4. Plaster Mold

3B modelden elde edilen silikon kalıp içerisindeki kalıp boşluğuna alçı dökümü yapılarak tasarlanan modelin birebir alçı kalıbı elde edilir.

5. Aluminum Mold

Elde edilen alçı kalıp fırına atılarak döküme hazır hale getirilir ve sonrasında alüminyum döküm yöntemiyle kalıplar alınır.

6. Mass Production

Elde edilen alüminyum kalıp düşük basınçlı enjeksiyon yöntemi ile ayakkabı tabanları üretilmesinde kullanılır.
